Anjelica Huston is an American actress and director. Known for often portraying eccentric and unique characters, she has earned numerous awards, including an Academy Award and a Golden Globe Award in addition to nominations to three British Academy Film Awards and six Primetime Emmy Awards. Anjelica was born on the 8th of July, 1950, Los Angeles California U.S. She is an American actress recognized for her stylishly chic portrayal of tough independent females. Huston was the 2nd daughter born to film director John Huston (himself the son of actor Walter Huston) and former ballerina Enrica Soma. The family lived in Ireland In County Wicklow they moved their family away from California. In the following year, the family moved to a manor in the countryside near County Galway. Huston lived the majority of her childhood in the isolated estate. Her father would often be working at film sets. Soma quit in 1962 and she moved together with her two children to London. Huston left school in the year 1969. Apathetic and more concerned with the current political situation of the day, Huston participated in many nuclear protests. Anna Alfieri was born in London and works as an actor as well as a filmmaker and producer. She began studying acting at Teatro Primo Studio (First Studio Theatre) in Milan, where she studied for 2 years of acting method. In London she continued to further her studies through attending Richmond Drama School. She received a Diploma in Drama, and later focused specifically on Film Acting at City Lit. Anna appeared in numerous TV commercial and film productions for a total of eight years after her education.
