Donald Joseph Qualls better known as his DJ Qualls stage title DJ Qualls was born in the USA. He is a producer, actor and model. His fame was sparked by his role as a character in Road Trip. Since then the actor has been on 20 features such like The New Guy Hustle & Flow or The Core. He also has appeared on over 22 shows, like Breaking Bad Supernatural and Scrubs. Qualls had been diagnosed as having Hodgkin's Lymphoma at age 14, and has battled the disease ever since. In two years the cancer is now into remission. But the treatment at such an early age left severe impact on his body, and hindered the development of his body. Financial security became his main goal once he got started because he had experienced poverty all through his childhood. In the wake of living in poverty for a long time I have to be able to enjoy this financial safety. Otherwise the world seems out of my control. He reflects on his early years, and is driven by the desire to act against bullying. He says "Cruelty causes pain to my heart." On and off the screen, DJ could like to be a father.
